Aihio CoreJobs, hours and invoices in one place
Aihio Core is made for small contractors and machine shops where the foreman also does the work. A job is logged once on site, and the same entry becomes payroll data and an invoice. No separate spreadsheets or paper notes.
What it does
Runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone. The data stays in the company's own Microsoft 365 folder, not on KKH's servers. The user interface is in Finnish; field workers can use English or Estonian.
Work queue and weekly planning
Orders, sites and jobs in one list. See who is doing what, absences and the load for the week.
Hours from the site
Log the day with one tap, large buttons for work gloves, and voice entry. Work instructions and notes can be dictated too.
Payroll data
Collective agreement check before export, mileage and per diems, locked pay periods. Export as a file to Fennoa and Procountor.
Quote, order and invoice
Quote to order, order to invoice. Reverse-charge VAT suggestion, unbilled work meter and live order margin.
Photos and customer sign-off

Your accountant included
A separate accountant role: sees payroll and invoices, can comment and export, but cannot change anything.
